Today is 16 December. It is a memorial and victory day for all Bangladeshi people. We have gotten a independent country since 1971 December 16. On this day in 1971, the Pakistani army surrendered to the Indo-Bangladeshi High Command in Dhaka, ending a 9 month war of independence. Pakistani General AAK Niazi surrendered officially to the Allied forces commander General Arora.

Bangladesh gained independence after 9 months of a long and bloody struggle. Now we called this day "Bijoy Diwas"

We loved our country more than our life. We have proved that many times. We can prove it again when our country fall in danger or  attacked by anime.
